Garvey’s say they contribute €10m a year to Kerry economy

THE positive local economic impact of shopping with locally-owned companies and stores has been highlighted in new figures that have this week been released by the Kerry based Garvey SuperValu group.

Garvey’s who own and operate four SuperValu outlets in Kerry, with stores in Tralee, Dingle, Listowel and Castleisland, have published financial, staffing and supplier figures which reveal just how much money the chain, both directly and indirectly, injects into Kerry’s economy.
